First time in the store, and I had a lot of questions, and a difficult time trying to decide. David R. Was amazing in helping me understand the differences in the boots, build quality, and had great suggestions. He took his time, even though I most likely wasn’t gonna buy a boot on my first visit. It’s nice to know that there’s a place like boot barn that hires knowledgeable, friendly employees willing to dedicate time to help customers like myself who are basically first timers to cowboy boots.

Great selection of work boots, and very friendly staff. Hunter was real patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me decide what would be the best work boot for my needs will be back in the future to purchase more work boots and will also recommend this place to my friends and family.

Lots of Great, Awesome and Cool Western Wear. Christmas gifts for our family here. Shawn was our Amazing elf. But Santa had a lots of good help, personalized service...VIP like.

This was the first time going into Boot Barn and I was pleasantly surprised on the the variety of clothes, boots and work boots that the store had. As well as a great variety of women's wear, hats and accessories for all occasions. The staff was very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable. This will definitely not be my last time I go to Boot Barn.

I love Boot Barn but for someone on a tight budget I have to make sure I get items that will last until I have money to spare again. I love the products here especially my boots. I also love that they have kid boots!
